How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped from the United States via UPS or USPS.
Can I combine discount codes?
A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied.
Can I track my A'DOUR order?
Once your order is packed and shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Do you offer a product guarantee?
Yes! We want you to love your A'DOUR pieces as much as we do. We offer a 14 day return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Shipping
Fast shipping
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. Purchases made after 2pm CMT on weekdays will likely be processed and shipped the following day. Purchases made after 9pm CMT on a Friday or over the weekend will likely be processed and shipped out the following Monday. Once your order has been processed, please allow 3-7 business days to be delivered.

Our Story
A'DOUR was born out of a strong passion for quality jewelry that was hypoallergenic, alloy, nickel, brass, and tarnish free. Our goal was to create a luxury line designed for individuals with sensitive skin with a guilt-free price point. At A’DOUR, we truly believe in the transformative power of beauty and sustainability.
When creating our name, we wanted to incorporate something that was always inspiring to us, European fashion. We wanted a name that was simple, yet meaningful. A name that would pair perfectly with the pieces you'd love. To love is to adore, add a French twist and welcome, A'DOUR.
