How do I take care of my jewelry?

We suggest you avoid contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products as they contain chemicals and oils that can increase the wear on your pieces. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, this can affect the finishing.

How should I clean my jewelry?

To avoid damaging or scratching your pieces, we recommend using the cotton cloth provided in each order to polish the jewelry.

Why are my pieces turning color?

While we pride our selves on our tarnish free pieces, natural wear can happen. Every person’s unique skin oils react differently to certain metals and plating, meaning Gold & Silver plated pieces may turn naturally over time. A'DOUR is not responsible for your skin's reaction to our products. You can prolong the life of your A'DOUR pieces by following our care recommendations.

What is the best way to store my jewelry?

We recommend storing your A'DOUR pieces in the jewelry pouch they ship in. The jewelry pouches are also great to use while traveling to protect your jewelry.
